Microwave Heating Instructions: simply take off the lid and replace loosely on tub, place on top of a microwave safe plate and heat on high for 2 minutes. Remove tub using the plate and stir (CAUTION: plate and contents may be hot). Replace lid loosely on tub and heat on high for a further 1 minute. Let cool for 1 minute and stir before serving.
