Deliveries to Melbourne Metro areas only.
Deliveries for Melbourne Metro will incur a delivery fee of $16.50 inc of GST.
No minimum order requirement.
Free shipping for orders over $150.
Any items received in a damaged state please contact us immediately.
We will endeavour to have stock of most of the items at all times; however please be advised sometimes this is outside our control.
Please note we take the utmost care in everything we produce.
Keep in mind that we can only ship orders during business days (Mon / Wed / Fri) and not during weekends and public holidays.
Order cut-off times are as follows; orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next available delivery date.

Orders are shipped using one of our cold-chain transport partners, who will ensure your order is kept as fresh as possible using refrigerated storage and vehicles.
Please note that at this current time, our transport partners are unable to guarantee specific timeslots.
Please allow extra time when placing orders during the busy periods and public holidays. We are based in Victoria and follow the state’s public holiday calendar.
We always endeavour to process the orders as fast as possible, but the processing times can vary depending on the volumes of orders we are processing at the time. If you need a large order urgently, it is best to contact us directly, to confirm that we can meet your expectations.
Changing your order: Once you have checked out an order, unfortunately you will be unable to cancel, change, or update the details of that order. If you have made a mistake, you may contact us via email within minutes of placing the order and we are going to do what we can to assist you, however, this is not guaranteed.
